CalmAbiding is all the quiet acceptance of being in the moment...it is about the open heart,
This one is about being awake. The not-so-trusting heart.
This is where I look at the bigger world and beyond. This is where the dark side of the mind manifests. Here I note the defilements...greed and delusion...the pursuit of the ego...the fears and threats that can wipe us all out before we have time to notice them coming.
I am watching out.
AND I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF IT WILL MEAN LESS SUFFERING FOR THE INNOCENTS.
